Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Electronics Calibration & Support Technician to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our products are calibrated to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

ResponsibilitiesCalibrate motorized wall mounts to ensure optimal performance prior to shipping and installation.Assemble and test small electronic components for motorized TV lifts.Provide light technical product support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.Assist with light assembly for control boxes prior to being shipped out.Essential SkillsCustomer service skills with a high level of respect for teamwork.Technical aptitude in electronics and troubleshooting.Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications6+ months of mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience, which can be from school, hobbies, or past jobs.6+ months of assembly and basic electrical troubleshooting experience.6+ months of providing light technical product support to customers, which can be from internet installs, cell phone companies, etc.Work Environment

Our dynamic work environment offers great upward mobility. We maintain a supportive and collaborative culture with a coffee bar and a work-hard, play-hard ethos. This role operates Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a casual dress code of clean jeans and a polo

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.60 - $22.60/hr.
