Electronic Calibration Engineer

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **Electronic Calibration Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in calibration of electronic instruments and a working knowledge of **ISO/IEC 17025** standards. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability of measurement equipment used in manufacturing and service operations.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Perform calibration of electronic instruments and equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies).
+ Maintain calibration records and ensure traceability to national/international standards.
+ Develop and implement calibration procedures in compliance with **ISO/IEC 17025** requirements.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electronic instruments as needed.
+ Support internal and external audits related to calibration and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely calibration and minimize the Turnaround time .
+ Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians when required.
+ Coordinate on Annual calibration of Equipment which are calibration standards of the lab.
+ Do Inhouse and onsite calibration.

You are a proactive, strategic problem solver who establishes last relationships and delivers exceptional results.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
+ **Experience:** 5–10 years in electronic calibration and maintenance.
+ Strong understanding of calibration principles and measurement uncertainty.
+ Familiarity with **ISO/IEC 17025** and quality management systems.
+ Proficiency in using calibration software and tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Good documentation and reporting skills.
+ Ready to travel for onsite calibration on short notice , Bengaluru and across India for 2 to 3 weeks.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in an accredited calibration laboratory.
+ Knowledge of metrology and international standards.
+ Ability to manage multiple calibration projects simultaneously.
