About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Electronic/Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Fort Collins. This role involves hands-on assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and mechanical components. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs and assembly operations on RMA units

Operate torque drivers, soldering irons, hand tools, hydraulic presses, ovens, lifting systems, and chemical baths

Accurately document repair activities, test results, and inspection findings

Perform First Article and incoming inspection of PCBA and machined parts (preferred)

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly

Strong soldering skills (preferred)

Familiarity with ERP systems and computer applications

Knowledge of First Article inspection and incoming inspection practices a plus
