Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler. This role involves assembling custom control panels based on blueprints, working with various electronic parts, and ensuring high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly and possess strong math skills.

Responsibilities

Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer.Perform hand assembly of various products.Conduct final assembly and packaging of various assemblies.Screen and separate various parts.Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing, quality documents, and other related forms.Assist in other production areas as needed.Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.Follow necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures.

Essential Skills

Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is preferred.Ability to read blueprints is preferred.1+ year experience in the electronics industry is preferred.Proficiency in PC usage, soldering, and wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A degree from a Technical School is a plus but not required.Secondary education involving Electronics is desired but not required.A 2 Year Degree in Secondary education centered around Electronics is ideal.

Work Environment

Work in an extremely clean and sterile environment with large workstations in 'pods' for various departments. The facility is large with over 50 employees working at any time. The production area is attached to the warehouse and corporate office, fostering interaction with diverse teams. Casual dress code with long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shifts available: First (7am-3:30pm), Second (3pm-11:30pm), Third (11pm-7:30am, Sun-Thur).

This is a Contract position based out of Highspire, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $21.25/hr.
