Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting high-precision assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Electronic Assembler **Location:** Lenexa, KS **Pay Range:** $19.00 - $21.00 **Shift:** First Shift (5:00am – 3:30pm or 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday-Thursday), Second Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm Monday-Friday) **What's the Job?** + Assemble high-pressure oxygen cylinders using hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and allen wrenches. + Measure and inspect components with calipers, micrometers, and rulers to ensure compliance with specifications. + Follow blueprints and operation sheets to accurately assemble products according to detailed instructions. + Adjust equipment based on test results and process requirements to maintain quality standards. + Conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content, recording gauge readings and test data accurately. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute if not available. + Ability to stand for long periods, with at least 50% of the workday spent walking or standing. + Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. + Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory Saturday shifts when required. + Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status). **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative aerospace environment. + Potential for contract-to-hire employment for the right candidate. + Work schedule that supports work-life balance with four-day workweeks. + Engagement in meaningful work that contributes to safety and quality in aerospace manufacturing. + Chance to develop skills in precision assembly and quality inspection.
