**Job Title: Electronic Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team, responsible for assembling large control panels used in water jets. Initially, you will start by assembling the aluminum backing panel and adding initial breakers and components. As you become proficient, you will progress to wiring and completing the entire assembly unit. This role requires experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and crimping, along with proficiency in reading and writing English and good computer skills. Our processes and work orders are electronic, so familiarity with such systems is beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Assemble aluminum backing panels and add initial breakers and components. + Progress to wiring and completing the full assembly unit. + Perform troubleshooting using tools such as OM and Volt Meters. + Engage in electrical enclosure assembly and control cabinet construction. + Handle cable assembly, crimping, soldering, and wiring tasks. + Adhere to electronic standard operating procedures (SOP) and work orders. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly and subassembly expertise. + Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems. + Proficiency in using hand tools and reading schematics. + Electrical and mechanical assembly experience. + Cable assembly and running cable. + Soldering and crimping skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Vocational or accredited certifications in the electrical or mechanical field are preferred. + Experience with lean manufacturing processes is a plus. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established company that has been an industry leader for over thirty years. You will be on your feet for 10 hours a day, working with moving sheet metal weighing between 50 to 75 lbs and pulling carts loaded with products up to 200 lbs. The position requires heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
