Job Title: AssemblerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, responsible for the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. This role involves manually applying epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts, working with hand and power tools to assemble units based on work orders, completing documentation, and performing final inspections before packaging and shipping products.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble, inspect, and package products.Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and silicone to parts.Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to work orders.Complete necessary documentation and follow work orders.Conduct final inspection before packaging and shipping products.
Essential SkillsSix months of electronic assembly experience.Ability to navigate a computer.ITAR certification.Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.Ability to distinguish colors.Experience with assembly, soldering, and electronic assembly.Familiarity with blueprints/schematics and IPC 610 standards.
Additional Skills & QualificationsCapability to cross-train and move to other departments.Comfortable working with small parts and good hand/eye coordination.Ability to work under a microscope.Experience with hand and power tools and troubleshooting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peter, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
