**Job Title: Process Technician** **Job Description** The Process Technician will maintain control of processes in thermoplastic and silicone molding of the machines. They will also provide support to the execution of the production schedule, including component changes, setups, and startups in support of the manufacturing floor. **Responsibilities** + Maintain control of thermoplastic and silicone molding processes. + Support the execution of the production schedule. + Handle component changes, setups, and startups on the manufacturing floor. + Troubleshoot industrial machines and solve problems. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Utilize measuring devices such as micrometers and Acu-Gage. + Stand for 8-12 hours while performing physical tasks such as turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, clutching, placing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mold troubleshooting and machine operating. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs. + Proficiency as an electro-mechanical and electrical technician. + Capability as a mold operator and machine repairer. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mold Technician experience is highly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, on-the-job training, and tuition reimbursement. **Work Environment** The work environment is clean and requires wearing beard and hair nets.
