Automation manufacturing company is seeking a skilled electromechanical technician to join their growing hands on engineering team! Core Responsibilities + Production Planning & Scheduling: Review orders, plan operations, and ensure on-time delivery. + Process Improvement: Use continuous improvement and Lean techniques to optimize workflows. + Technical Troubleshooting: Handle complex issues with automated equipment (software, electrical, pneumatic, etc.). + Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with engineering, software, controls, and shipping teams. + Documentation & Compliance: Develop and revise SOPs, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain safety standards. + Support & Training: Guide production staff, transfer knowledge, and support operational demands. Skills & Competencies Highlighted + 3-5+ years expierence as a technician + Must have automation, machine or equipment industry expierence + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills + Cross-functional collaboration + Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols + Experience with automation and manufacturing systems + Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
