Automation manufacturing company is seeking a skilled electromechanical technician to join their growing hands on engineering team! Core ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling: Review orders, plan operations, and ensure on-time delivery.Process Improvement: Use continuous improvement and Lean techniques to optimize workflows.Technical Troubleshooting: Handle complex issues with automated equipment (software, electrical, pneumatic, etc.).Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with engineering, software, controls, and shipping teams.Documentation & Compliance: Develop and revise SOPs, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain safety standards.Support & Training: Guide production staff, transfer knowledge, and support operational demands.Skills & Competencies Highlighted3-5+ years expierence as a technicianMust have automation, machine or equipment industry expierence Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsCross-functional collaborationKnowledge of GMP and safety protocolsExperience with automation and manufacturing systemsLean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
