Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling batteries using small hand tools, reading and interpreting instructions, and working alongside other team members in a production environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble batteries using small hand tools.Read and follow written and pictorial instructions to build products.Work at a station alongside other team members.Crimp lugs on wires and follow wiring procedures.Build and interconnect final assemblies and sub-assemblies using production drawings.Obtain parts and supplies using proper procedures.Complete required paperwork accurately.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of recent experience in electromechanical assembly (within the past 2 years).Ability to lift 50lbs.Experience building products from written instructions.Proficiency in using small hand and power tools such as screwdrivers and drills.Excellent communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the same industry or with similar products is a plus.3+ years of recent experience in assembling products.Experience using probes, multimeters, and other electrical tools.Ability to follow a test plan and report results using office documents like Excel.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our work environment is characterized by a hard-working and welcoming team that values new ideas and suggestions. The team size is approximately 30 people on each shift across production and warehouse. The dress code is casual, and the work hours are from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm.
