Job Description

This position will piece together parts according to drawings and procedures, utilizing tools and fasteners.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations on units with variable shapes and sizes.Follow specified methods and procedures required to create designated assemblies using hand and power tools and test equipment.Conduct, analyze, and record test results.Ensure each job meets all requirements before leaving the work center.Meet or exceed established production levels.Participate in supplier development initiatives.

Essential Skills

1+ years performing mechanical assembly.1+ years performing electrical assembly.Experience using hand and power tools.Experience working from schematics and diagrams.Ability to lift over 50lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Familiarity with assembling electrical and mechanical components.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized manufacturing company. The facility spans over 200,000 square feet, is very clean, and has bright lighting. Initial training is provided on the day shift for 1-4 weeks before transitioning to the afternoon shift

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
