Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for soldering components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves performing surface-mount technology (SMT) and thru-hole soldering, as well as the mechanical assembly of boards. You will work on 16 multi-layer boards that start heavy at 45 – 50 lbs and gain weight through each process. The boards are reworked on both the top and bottom, requiring you to turn and lift them. A microscope will be used periodically throughout the day, and soldering wires will also be part of your responsibilities.

Work EnvironmentWork in a very clean environment with a team of 50 people. Each person has their own workbench equipped with tools. Shifts are available on the 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and the 2nd shift from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm, with training provided on the 1st shift or a mid-shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
