As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge components and technology, helping bring complex boards to life in a clean, organized, and well-equipped environment. **🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing** + Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using SMT and Thru-hole techniques + Perform mechanical assembly of multi-layer boards (approx. 24 inches, 45–50 lbs each) + Rework boards on both sides, including flipping and lifting + Use microscopes for precision work and solder wires with attention to gauge + Follow visual aids and wiring lists to ensure accuracy **✅ What You Bring** + 6+ months of hands-on soldering experience + Proficiency in SMT and Thru-hole soldering + Familiarity with IPC-610/J standards (current or expired) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with precision + Vocational training or technical program experience is a plus **🏭 Work Environment** + Team of 50 professionals in a spotless, structured setting + Individual workstations for focused, independent work + Two shift options: + 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM + 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM **📈 Your Path Forward** This is a **Contract to Hire** role—meaning if you bring your expertise and dedication, we’ll bring the long-term opportunity.
