As Electro Maintenance Testing Leader you are responsible to install, maintain and repair internal factory equipment. Your tasks include supervising employees who perform maintenance and tool making. You also develop an operational year plan for the team’s manufacturing activities and suggest improvements for products, processes and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective actionExchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and proceduresHandling standardized manufacturing processes and latitude in ways of working and planningLead a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 millionRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)Strong oral and written communication skillsBe an experienced problem solver, with analytical approach identifying root causes and implementing improvements solutionsBe fluent in English and Italian languages and be able to work in EUWork in a way that works for you
