Salary : 36/hr
Shift Schedule : M-F ( day shift)
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or higher)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ years of experience as a licensed electrician in commercial settings
Training in HVAC, building systems, and safety codes (OSHA, NEC, NFC)
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with work order systems (e.g., Corrigo)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Conduct inspections and ensure code compliance
Support HVAC and building automation systems
Respond to tenant requests and emergency calls
Perform generator testing and maintain life safety systems
Assist with general maintenance and cross-trade support
Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate tools and machinery
Work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and respond to emergencies as needed
Additional Notes:
Must be flexible to work across multiple properties
Participation in on-call rotation required
Strong communication and tenant service skills essential
