Electrician - HMP Brixton 

Salary £35,000 - £38,000 per annum 
39 hour week
Pension and Life Insurance 
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) 

Shift Pattern
Mon – Thur 0800-1700
Fri 0800-1600
On call 1 week in 3
On call allowance £100 per week
Work 1 weekend in 6
25 days annual leave
Plus bank holidays

Main duties

To provide electrical service, maintenance and reactive jobs including call outs as required for HMP Brixton

Person Specification

Need strong Electrical background for maintenance and strong fault finding skills , with 3-5 years experience.
Relevant Electrical Technical Qualifications 18thedition eg: City & Guilds
Reactive work – PPM's (planned work) – breakdown and fault finding work
New small work install and test
Clear communicator both oral and written
Able to build relationships with internal and external customers
Live within a commutable distance to HMP Brixton.
