Are you an experienced Journeyperson Electrician looking for your next big opportunity? Join our client on a long-term project in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where you’ll be part of a dedicated team working in a well-supported environment. Our client has been building vessels for over 50 years and has been at the forefront of Canadian shipbuilding for over 130 years.

This long-term and full time project is offering LOA and Travel. We are looking for a skilled Journeymen Electrician to join our clients team.

What You Will Receive: Competitive Wage - $46 / hour 3 different shifts to choose from! Comprehensive Benefits after probation (medical, dental, vision, life insurance & more) Overnight premium (An additional $3.00 per hour) Additional overtime offered  LOA and Travel covered 
What You’ll Do: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including power distribution and lighting systems Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes Collaborate with team members and other trades to meet project timelines
What You Need: Proof of Journeyperson ticket or Red Seal Must be able to lift and set up parts and equipment that weigh up to
fifty (50lbs) pounds. Must be able to wear PPE + Fit Tested Respirator Mask Certifications: Confined Space, WHMIS, and Fall Protection Must pass a Pre-employment security clearance/background and credit check
