This is not residential or commercial electrical work — this position supports heavy industrial manufacturing systems, controls, and production equipment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systemsDiagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipmentInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and MCC systemsInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems, load cells and temperature sensors, boiler electrical systems, and motors and drivesSupport electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machineryMaintain plant lighting, power distribution, and alarm systemsFabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as requiredCollaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failuresSupport plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting ability in electrical and control systemsExperience working with PLC-based equipmentAbility to work rotating/off shiftsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.


DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related fieldExperience in continuous-process or heavy manufacturingFamiliarity with industrial automation systems
