Job Description
We are seeking a skilled electrician to lead a team in electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of manufactured products. You will actively perform electrical tasks alongside your team while ensuring that assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of electricians in hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of manufactured products.Actively perform electrical work alongside the team as needed.Assign daily work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules.Read, interpret, and execute work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.Ensure assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Troubleshoot electrical and assembly issues and provide technical guidance to team members.Perform inspections and functional testing of completed electrical assemblies.Enforce electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve design or build issues.Train and mentor electricians and assemblers; support onboarding and skill development.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area following 5S principles.Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased manufacturing efficiency.Essential Skills
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical certification.5+ years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial/manufacturing electrical work.Previous experience as a lead electrician, or supervisor preferred.Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.Working knowledge of NEC, electrical safety standards, and industrial best practices.Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience running conduit, terminating wires, and routing wires.Ability to work with cabinets running 480v.Installation and pulling wire expertise.Hands-on leadership and team coordination.Strong communication and coaching skills.High attention to detail and commitment to build quality.Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and test equipment.Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with hours from 6am to 4:30/6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $87360.00/yr.
