Job SummaryJoin JLL's facilities team as an Electrician performing mid-level electrical maintenance and repair work at a premier manufacturing facility. This role combines technical expertise with leadership opportunities, focusing on electrical systems maintenance, equipment installation, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure optimal facility performance and safety compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Systems & Equipment
Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment including single and three-phase motor wiringRun conduit and pull wiring to machinery and operating componentsCheck, repair, and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, and system componentsTroubleshoot electrical systems to identify repair and replacement needsMaintain fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, and other functional system componentsMechanical Systems Support
Install and rebuild pumps, motors, air compressors, and heat exchangersReplace bearings, seals, and associated mechanical componentsAssist with installation and repair of piping/tubing and hot water systemsSupport other mechanics with major building repairs and complex assignmentsProvide backup support to other skilled trades as requiredAdministrative & Safety
Maintain comprehensive service repair work order records using CMMS systemRespond to routine and emergency repair calls promptly and professionallyResearch and inventory equipment parts and suppliesComply with all company safety and risk management policiesParticipate in safety meetings and training while applying OSHA requirementsPotentially train and lead other team members in facilities maintenanceCustomer Service & Collaboration
