Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking both Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians. The Journeyman will need experience in service work and the ability to work independently. Apprentices with commercial experience will work alongside a Journeyman. This position involves various projects across the city, lasting from two weeks to three months, working within a small crew. Projects primarily include service work, retrofits, renovations, and upgrades in commercial and industrial facilities. Candidates should be open-minded and well-rounded in their experience.

Responsibilities

Perform service work, retrofits, and renovations in commercial and industrial settings.Work on projects involving power upgrades, VFDs, transformers, and lighting retrofits.Run conduit and bend piping as needed for project requirements.Work independently or as part of a small crew to complete tasks efficiently.Adhere to safety protocols and work standards on all job sites.

Essential Skills

Experience in service work.Journeyman or Apprentice Ticket (2nd year and up).Knowledge in commercial construction.Proficiency in running conduit and bending piping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

WHIMIS certification.CSTS certification.AWP/Fall A rrest certification.Ability to work independently.

Work Environment
