You’ll handle everything from plannedand reactive maintenance to installations,testing, and fault finding — all while keeping safety and qualitytop of mind. Work closely with our M&E team to hit key targets andkeep things running smoothly, and be ready to jump in for emergency call-outs as part of the rota.Ready to power up your next career move?
KeyResponsibilities:
Carry out a variety of electrical maintenance tasks including PPMs, emergency lighting checks, RCD and microwave testing, and first-line response to work orders.Handle minor installations and repairs, such as lighting, sockets, switches, and plant equipment.Support beyond the toolbox — pitch in with basic plumbing, unblocking drains, and odd jobs like installing shelves or notice boards.Join the on-call rota (1 week in 4) for out-of-hours support when needed.What We’re Looking For:
Fully qualified 18th Edition Electrician with time-served experienceStrong knowledge of electrical installations in commercial buildings and building servicesProven experience in PPM and reactive maintenance tasksConfident with basic IT skills, including MS Office and handheld devices (PDAs)Physically capable of working at height and in confined spacesSolid understanding of health & safety practices and proper tool handlingFull, clean UK driving licence requiredWhat weoffer:
