Description:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our team. Your role will involve troubleshooting electrical and lighting malfunctions, repairing electrical issues, LED retrofits, servicing illuminated signs, repairing parking lot lighting systems, and installing electrical wiring in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate must be experienced in troubleshooting electrical issues and have a strong attention to safety precautions, electrical code, and project details.

Responsibilities:

Execute plans of electrical wiring, lighting, and other electrical systems.Install electrical components (e.g., switches, circuit-breaker panels, etc.).Service lighting in multiple applications (parking lots, signs, offices, etc.).Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.Replace old wiring and insulated cables.Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair them.

Skills:

Proven experience as an electrician.Experience in industrial and commercial electrical systems.Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.).Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.Good working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.Clear DOT / Drug screen.Critical thinking skills.Problem-solving ability.Ability to troubleshoot common electrical issues.Ability to work at various heights (ladder, bucket truck, etc.).Ability to work mostly unsupervised.Experience operating lifts and bucket trucks.Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical field.Preferred: Journeyman card.Preferred: Class B CDL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
