Electrical Wireman $20-$24/HR | Canton, OH | 1st shift (5-10 hours of OT weekly)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Wireman to join our team in an industrial-commercial setting, focused on assembling large power distribution equipment. The role involves performing electrical assembly and wiring of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment, using schematics to wire panels and units.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical assembly and wiring of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment.Utilize schematics to wire panels and units..Complete the building and wiring of units that can take over a month to finish.Essential Skills:
Commercial or Industrial Electrical experience.Ability to read and interpret schematics.Proficiency with electrical tools.Experience with point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have own tools.Wiring experience in industrial or commercial settings.Troubleshooting skills for wiring and component application problems.Switchgear experience is a plus.Journeyman Card is a plus.Industrial electrician experience is a plusCommercial/residential electrical experience is considered.Why Work Here?

Work Environment:
Work in a well-lit, organized, and climate-controlled facility built in 2010 and recently renovated. Collaborate with mechanical assemblers and other fabricators in a large industrial-commercial setting that manufactures substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, and more. The standard shift is from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with possible overtime on Fridays. Expect to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week when required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
