Job Description
This position supports the production department by testing and troubleshooting various enterprise equipment. The role requires advanced proficiency in handling complex enterprise systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ResponsibilitiesProficiently test various types of Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs.Work with limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary.Troubleshoot high and low power issues.Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of electronics.Handle high power 600V-208V 3-phase applications.Program PCBA.Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with Quality/Process and Engineering departments.Maintain a 6S and safe work area consistently.Report any problems with schematics, drawings, etc.Work weekends and overtime shifts as needed.Work closely with production on manufacturing issues.Receive task assignments from supervisor and keep them informed of progress.May have management responsibilities, make key decisions, and manage policies and procedures with guidance from supervisor.Essential SkillsAssociate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.3 - 5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronics and 3-phase high power systems.2 years of experience in a Test Lab and/or manufacturing environment.Thorough understanding of electrical/electronic technology.Ability to read and understand engineering documentation, blueprints, wire schematics, drawings, component specifications, and ECNs.Ability to troubleshoot to the board level.Ability to set up and use electronic test equipment.Ability to construct and maintain test equipment.Strong verbal and written English language skills.Strong computer skills, including use of Excel, Word, HyperTerminal, and other programs.Proficiency in using power meters and oscilloscopes.Understanding of transformer voltage, current, and power calculations.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
