**Electrical Test Technician** _Hanover, MD | $225-$25/hr | Contract-to-Hire_ We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Test Technician to join our dynamic team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. You’ll work hands-on with switchboards and power distribution equipment, conducting rigorous testing and inspections to ensure compliance with UL and NEC standards. Your Responsibilities: + Perform electrical testing (dielectric, mechanical, control wiring) on switchboards. + Conduct quality inspections aligned with UL 891 and NEC standards. + Document test results and inspection findings with precision. + Monitor production for consistency and flag deviations early. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. + Recommend and implement corrective actions and process improvements. + Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. + Support field testing and troubleshooting as needed. **What You Bring** We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset.
