Complete the dynamic test of power module according to the company's test specification, study and analyze the power module application case.Design driver board for IGBT/SiC test.Design DClink for dynamic test.Can test different kind of inverter system and modify driver preparemeters to satisifiy customer or department demands.hardware engineer in Power supplies, automotive inverters, wind power converters, photovoltaic inverters, industrial frequency converters and Application engineer in power module area are favored. **What You’ll Be Doing** • Responsible for the development and implementation of MOSFET, IGBT and other power module dynamic test program • Responsible for the correctness of test room setup and the programming of test equipment • Prepare test documents and evaluation results according to test specifications • Determination and validation of electrical parameters (incl. statistics) • Independently modify or set up the test device to meet the specific characteristics of the test project • Write test report • Be capable of analyzing driver circuits, overcurrent protection circuits, overvoltage protection circuits, and circuit design. **What We're Looking For** Qualification • Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, Electrical Automation and electronic information or related • Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, Thyristor, Diode •At least 3 years experience in the electronics industry or automotive inverter, can setup DPT system, circuit design, PCB layout. • Extensive knowledge of power electric devices measurement techniques • Deep understanding of the basic principles of power devices, have a good background in electronics. • Familiar with circuit principles, analog circuits, digital circuits, measurement control, and motor control algorithms Skills: • Construction and measurement of assemblies according to circuit diagrams as well as the implementation of only systematically specified circuits. • Interpret measurement, inspection and test results • Design IGBT/Mosfet driver circuit, DClink circuit, current or volatge protect circuit. • Familiar with measurement equipment for power electronic applications like Scope • Good knowledge of analog circuits, circuit principles, digital circuits, and operational amplifier applications • Good at PCB layout, circuit simulation, solder electronic components to the PCB board. • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese • Good communication skills • Interested in electrical testing and circuit design work **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
