**Job Title: Electrical Technician (Travel in VA)**
Job Description
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing energy-saving light fixtures and components. This position requires leadership experience as you will be leading a crew of 3-5 individuals. The primary work location is in the Richmond Area, with occasional travel to Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
Responsibilities
+ Install energy-saving light fixtures and components.
+ Lead a crew of 3-5 technicians effectively.
+ Work with MC Cable and perform minimal wiring tasks.
+ Ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
+ Maintain a strong and reliable attendance record.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical work and assembly.
+ Experience with service lighting and light fixtures.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills in managing small teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Electrical background preferred.
+ Experience with installing light fixtures.
+ Strong attendance and reliability.

Work Environment
You will work with a small crew of about 3-4 people. The role requires travel for which mileage and hotel expenses will be reimbursed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlottesville, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
