Our client offer specialist support services for Electrical Power Engineering to their customers and are seeking an Electrical Technician for a short term scope on an offshore platform in the UKCS / North Sea.

Role Overview

Working with the Senior Field Engineer who will be conducting arc-flash modifications on a 440V switchboard. Role will involve modifying, installing, and commissioning HV fused vacuum contactors Maintaining the emergency LV switchboard to ensure operational reliability.

Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in HV Maintenance and commissioning is essential. Familiarity with low voltage switchboards in an offshore environment and their maintenance.

Education & Experience

Relevant trade qualification / certifications in electrical installation and maintenance. Previous experience offshore, working on HV/LV switchboards to carry out maintenance and commissioning. Full Offshore Certification - BOSIET, MIST, Medical.
