전기설비의 계획점검, R&M, EOL, ESS and Ad-hoc 프로젝트 감독전기설비 관련 비상상황시 대응업체 관리감독: 전기 관련 서비스를 제공하는 업체배전시스템 관리: 1000V 이하, 1000V초과조명제어시스템 확인 점검비상조명 확인 점검시계, 방송, 위성방송 및 오디오 확인 점검태양광시스템 운영 및 확인 점검전기차 충전시스템 운영 및 확인 점검행사관련 AV 시스템 세팅보안시스템 확인 점검전기관련 예비부품 관리일/월/분기/년도별 전기설비 점검 계획, 법정검사 계획 수립건물 내 전기설비 상시 확인 및 보수전기 선로 확인점검 및 보수 작업법적 기준에 맞춘 비상발전기 시운전 및 유부하 점검통신설비 결선 상태 확인 점검고압선 선로 점검 및 청소차단기 접지저항 측정 및 절연저항 측정법적 기준에 맞춘 장비이력카드 작성변압기 소음 및 진동, 발열여부 등 이상유무 상시 점검 지원월별 전기검침 및 사용량 확인법정 점검 지원: 전기설비 정기검사(3년/1회), 전기 설비 점검(종류별  년  1회 이상)

자격요건

전기설비 관리 경력 최소 3년 이상 전기 보조 안전관리자 선임가능자 건물 시설팀 및 전기팀 경력 우대고·저압 설비, 변압기, 차단기 등에 관한 지식전기도면 이해 능력기타 우대사항: 영어 가능자, 기타 전기 관련 자격증

Ideal Experience

3+ years work experience in related fieldMust be appointed as an Electrical Safety AssistantBuilding electrical or mechanical team working experience preferredUnderstanding of safety guideline & electrical drawingKnowledge of high & low voltage equipment, transformer and circuit breaker
