Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineering focused Technical Program based in India or Australia. This role centers on managing the Electrical Yard (EYD) scope and leading Architectural & Engineering (A&E) teams across APAC data center programs. The Electrical Technical Program Manager will ensure alignment of scope and deliverables, oversee program schedules and costs, and contribute to the development of new technologies and design standards—particularly for initiatives in India. The TPM will actively participate in meetings with technical leads, document discussions, track action items, and provide proactive updates to leadership. The role requires coordination across CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines, integrating key infrastructure components such as generators, medium-voltage systems, transformers, and containment.

Skills and Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in program management, building services, or electrical infrastructure
• Strong program management skills (scheduling, budgeting, tracking)
• High-level understanding of electrical systems and their architectural impacts
• Experience interacting with A&E teams and technical leads
• Familiarity with MEP systems and CSA coordination
• Ability to manage multiple product and program areas simultaneously • Attention to detail and proactive communication style
• People management experience
• Background in construction management or engineering coordination
• Experience with product development and campus design integration
• Familiarity with tracking systems and reporting dashboards
• Experience supporting mechanical systems like cooling towers
• Experience working in data center industry
