Role Overview

Provide daily support to the FLS and electricians, ensuring maintenance and repair quality. Interface with electricians to determine craft support and oversight needs. Empower technicians by delegating tasks and responsibilities. Offer repair recommendations and consultations based on equipment vulnerabilities. Support abnormal and non-routine operations events with technical guidance. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for electrical failures. Mentor and train electricians, fostering functional excellence. Identify training opportunities and collaborate with the Craft organization. Lead training courses and lunch-and-learn sessions for technicians. Oversee equipment preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and modifications. Assist in reliability updates and annual planning for bad actors. Create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary. Participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and other improvement initiatives. Drive adherence to safety standards and inspect craftsmanship quality. Identify spare part gaps and lead resolutions for obsolete spares. Provide technical planning support for multi-year reliability improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices. Ability to mentor and train others effectively. Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). Excellent communication skills for interfacing with teams. Understanding of safety standards and regulations.

Education & Experience

Certifications: Relevant electrical certifications are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years in electrical maintenance and repair within an industrial setting.
