Are you an experienced Electrical professional ready to lead a dynamic team? We're seeking an Electrical Reliability Lead to drive innovation and ensure optimal, safe electrical systems. As an Electrical Reliability Lead, you will be responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

What you will do:

- Lead and oversee the execution of the high voltage maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Design, implement, and evaluate electrical systems and equipment to support plant operations, including coordinating with design team members and developing solutions for potential weak points.
- Develop and manage capital projects, including budgeting, project scope, specifications, and documentation, while maintaining and updating power distribution system records.
- Provide expert advice and training on electrical equipment, fostering continuous improvement, reliability, and energy-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, while keeping abreast of new technologies that could benefit the business.

What you will bring:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or have 3-6 years of industrial experience, with expertise in Electrical Distribution and Power Systems, and understanding of requirements for hazardous locations.
- Bring knowledge and experience in plant process control systems like Allen Bradley PLCs, Modicon PLCs, Foxboro I/A DCS, and Aspen IP.21, with power co-generation knowledge being an asset.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team, with leadership skills to direct multidisciplinary contractors.
- Possess strong knowledge in sizing, specifying, and installing electrical motors, industrial electrical equipment, VFDs, and motor soft starters.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities, superior understanding of electrical standards and codes, and excellent communication and project management skills.

- Organize and manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring compliance with Corporate and Governmental EHS requirements while implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
- Utilize improvement techniques for complex issues, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide troubleshooting assistance to enhance process performance and operational support.

Pay Range:

$82,640.00-$110,186.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
