The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. This role involves overseeing project completion, delegating tasks, maintaining client relations, and managing general project activities.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.Oversee the overall project completion and ensure timely delivery.Delegate tasks effectively to team members.Maintain strong client relations to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
Essential SkillsProficiency in construction estimating and management.Experience in bidding and budgeting for commercial and industrial construction projects.Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Management and Estimating.Proficiency in Estimating software such as Accubid, and familiarity with Procore or similar construction software.Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required if experience is 5 years or less; degree not required if 10+ years of experience.Experience in project management for Industrial, Commercial, and Automotive construction projects.Strong skills in Microsoft Office.Experience with electrical, MEP, and mechanical estimation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
