We are delighted to be working with a well established regional M & E contracting company who have exciting plans for growth across the South West.

Due to an increase in workload and succession planning, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Electrical biased Project Manager to join their Devon based team.

The Role

Working for a range of clients and contractors, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of projects which include new build and refurbishments, across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, retail and health. Duties will include:
Working with clients and project teams to understand and develop the project briefLiaise with the supply chain to produce quotations and procure labour and materialsManage the quality, H & S and successful delivery to timeCreate and monitor CDM plansOversee the management and development of staffCollaborate with the commercial team to ensure budget is metLead the post project phase  The Person

This varied role requires a proactive individual, capable of running a number of projects concurrently and is looking for an opportunity to progress their career. The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in an Electrical Project Management roleTrained to the latest electrical 18th edition and 2391IOSH or NEBOSH qualifiedProven track record in delivering projects up to £1.5m in valueAbility to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise workloadFully IT literateThe company has a great team culture and ethos, provide a comprehensive benefits package and a healthy order book of work, providing work security.
