Electrical Project Coordinator
Job Description As a Service Adequacy Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for multifamily electrification projects, ensuring that electrical service upgrades are properly assessed and coordinated. You’ll facilitate meetings between stakeholders, manage documentation, and track service adequacy requests with the utility. Your role is critical in maintaining project timelines and resolving technical bottlenecks. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences, or equivalent experience Understanding of electrical distribution systems in multifamily buildings Familiarity with electrical concepts (e.g., service size in amps, panel capacity, load calculations) Strong communication skills for engaging with contractors, electricians, and utility reps Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting Strong organizational skills and ability to lead productive meetings Problem-solving mindset Experience with heat pump technologies and their integration into building systems Prior project coordination experience in energy or building services Familiarity with utility service adequacy processes
