Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions.Supports the RC-IN SI EP BU Management in their office administration topicsKey Responsibilities –• Support the Management in managing their daily agenda, calendars, appointments, scheduling, coordinating with colleagues internal & external including the necessary meeting infrastructure• Captures minutes of meetings as and when required• Assistance to the EP BU Management (Administration, Correspondence, Travel management – domestic as well as international)• Validating all expense reports submitted by the team members vis-à-vis the eligibility• Preparation of letters, manage documents & electronic files• Support the BU in outbound activities, external conferences, Engagement activities/ Team celebrations/ Customer meetings• Prepares presentations/ reports for the assigned tasks• Be able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
Education & Experience -• 15 + yrs in managing office as Management Assistant to a Business Unit Head or equivalent position• Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills• Good written and verbal communication skills in English• Friendly and encouraging attitude, willingness to take the initiative and ability to work independently• Advanced professional skills in MS Office & online communication tools• Be able to collaborate well and maintain cordial relationships with colleagues across• Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma in Secretarial practices from an institute /university of repute• Languages known - English, Hindi
