Summary: Seeking a Life Safety Systems Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit for the design and drafting of advanced security systems.
High school graduate or equivalent
3-5 years' experience with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred
Systems design experience with Security Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion detection systems
NICET Security certification required
ASIS International Advanced Security Worldwide certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform computer-aided drafting and design of Life Safety and Security Systems
Coordinate 3D model space creation with architects and engineers using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Design Security Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion detection systems from 3D BIM models
Conduct calculations and apply NFPA, ICC codes, and other standards to model content
Pay Details: $36.00 to $42.00 per hour
