We are currently seeking experienced Dual Trade Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians (INLEC) to support oil and gas operations based in Karratha, WA. This position operates on a 2:2 roster with mobilisation scheduled for early July.
The role requires fully compliant, dual?trade technicians with strong experience across electrical and instrumentation disciplines within oil & gas, LNG, or heavy industrial environments. Candidates must hold all mandatory Australian-recognised trade qualifications and current safety certifications to meet strict mobilisation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Perform electrical and instrumentation maintenance, fault finding, and repair activities Work safely within hazardous area environments in accordance with EEHA requirements Conduct isolations, testing, calibration, and commissioning tasks Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and operational procedures Complete permits, inspections, and job documentation accurately Collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, and safety teams Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence Mandatory Requirements – Electrical First Aid & CPR (Current – 12 Months) HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) UETSS00047 – Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel and CPR WEL_D?PCR – Dispensation Provide CPR (if applicable) EEHA – Certificate IV (Valid within 60 Months)One or more of the following:
