The Opportunity:
The Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the safety of the electrical and instrumentation workforce, provide quality and efficient execution of goals, schedule and execute planned work, monitor crew performance, provide problem analysis for equipment history, submit accurate reports of work execution and are responsible for seeing that mechanics conduct themselves in accordance with all corporate, division and mill safety and environmental rules and procedures. This position will work closely with other members of the maintenance and operating teams assigned to their work area and is expected to be the chief troubleshooter on the equipment in assigned work areas.

The salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $155,000.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The range listed is also the expected pay for roles in Illinois and Colorado. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
