**Duration: 12 Months** **Job Description** + The Electrical Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on electrical skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of electronic assemblies. + This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content, conducting workplace coaching, and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities. + The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings. + Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. + Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. + Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. + Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
