Position Overview: The Electrical General Superintendent will supervise and lead electrical work on multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You'll work closely with the Electrical Operations Manager to help grow and develop the Electrical Self-Perform team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, shape the future of our electrical projects, and drive continuous improvement.\n
Key Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage the electrical scope of multiple government projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution.\nCollaborate with the Electrical Operations Manager to build and develop the Electrical Self-Perform team.\nOversee schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety standards for electrical construction work.\nProvide expert guidance on electrical tools, equipment, and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety on site.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, RFPs, and safety regulations.\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.\n10+ years of electrical trade experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role on large commercial or government projects.\nExperience in design-build and DoD projects preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; Primavera P3\/P6 and Oracle knowledge a plus.\nOSHA 30-hour, CPR, First Aid certifications required; EM-385 and STS certifications a plus (training available).\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\n
