We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our team on exciting commercial and light industrial projects across the Lower Mainland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee crews, ensure quality and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. If you’re a Journeyman with proven supervisory experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want you on our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electricians and apprentices on-site, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide installations.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.What We’re Looking ForJourneyman Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred).Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in commercial or light industrial projects.Strong knowledge of conduit bending, wiring, and electrical systems.Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with EV infrastructure and tenant improvements.Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.Work Environment
