Airswift is supporting a global leader in engineering services for the design, construction, and operation of complex infrastructures and plants in the energy sector, both offshore and onshore.

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Foreman to work onboard one of their offshore vessels in Brazil.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that operators and all personnel on the team strictly adhere to applicable safety standards.

Coordinate and inspect the work carried out by the team, reporting any deviations or issues to the Work Supervisor.

Analyze technical drawings received from the Work Supervisor and provide clear instructions to the team to ensure accurate execution.

Organize all required resources, equipment, and materials to perform the work; verify compliance with applicable standards, report any anomalies, and coordinate corrective actions.

Liaise with the Work Supervisor to optimize the use of equipment and personnel.

Conduct daily toolbox talks to ensure team awareness of safety procedures and tasks.

Ensure tasks are completed within the planned timeframe.

Provide the Work Supervisor with data on quantities produced and/or installed to support progress reports and quantity tracking.

Report on manpower, equipment, tools, and materials used.

Assist the electronic team during maintenance activities on systems such as the tensioner, mooring winches, thrusters, and main propeller.

Implement and follow the permit-to-work system.

Coordinate with other disciplines during ongoing operations.

Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area. English B1 is required
