Electrical Engineering Designer
Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team and collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop technical design solutions for building projects. This individual will be reporting into the Senior Engineer, and will analyze design intent and create efficient, effective electrical engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. They will work closely with architects and other disciplines throughout all project phases. Skills and Requirements • 2.5-7+ years of experience working on electrical engineering building systems  • Proficiency in engineering software, including Revit MEP, and electrical engineering design software such as Fusion360, or Visual32  • Familiarity with power software such as ETAP, Powerfactory, or MATLAB  • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems across multiple building types  • Familiarity with architectural design concepts and building codes Completion of a related post-secondary education program in Electrical Engineering or a relative degree • Registration with a relevant professional engineering association • AutoCAD • Exposure to site investigations and recommendations, exposure to the construction side of business
