**Description:**
You will be the Electrical Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC\-3 missile program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Lufkin, Texas\. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing advanced combat, missile, and rocket systems for the U\.S\. and allied militaries\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electrical Engineering Associate Manager, you will lead engineering activities supporting PAC\-3 production and ensure timely resolution of technical issues related to PAC\-3 Electronics\. Your responsibilities will include:
•Leading engineering teams to address technical issues and support contractual delivery schedules
•Serving as Cost Account Manager \(CAM\) and providing support for Failure Review Board \(FRB\) and Failure Analysis \(FA\)
•Managing a team of direct reports, including hiring, promotion, pay, and performance reviews
•Performing technical tasks related to electronics sub\-assemblies \(90% of role\)
•Driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution, while promoting a customer\-focused culture
•Traveling to Lockheed Martin production sites, customer sites, and supplier sites \(approximately 10% of role\)

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\- Hands on troubleshooting experience of electronics assemblies using lab equipments \(i\.e\. Oscope, DMM, network analyzer, power supply, etc\)
\- Experience leading failure investigation, RCCA and presenting charts to program leadership and LM customers
\- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking
\- Ability to collaborate with multi\-functional teams
\- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs
\- BS Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education\.
\- Ability to obtain government issued Security Clearance
**Desired Skills:**
\- Working understanding of the PAC\-3 system
\- Material Review Board Engineering \(MRBE\)
\- Engineering management or team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring
\- Proposal Development Experience; Basis of Estimate \(BOE\) Development
\- Control Account Manager \(CAM\) experience\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
