As an entry level **Hardware Systems Engineer** you will join our Hardware and Infrastructure Engineering Team as part of our Avionics business. We are seeking an electrical/systems engineer who is looking for an opportunity to join a team supporting the next generation **Air Traffic Control (ATC)** systems, as well as providing support to existing fielded systems. This opportunity offers a combination of classic design techniques, modern electronics knowledge, and hands on laboratory skills. **_Looking for a Summer 2026 Hire (May/June start date). Must obtain degree by May 2026._** **What You Will Do:** + Work on a small team of hardware development engineers in support of Engineering Change Proposals + Assist in identifying potential replacement COTS (commercial off the shelf) candidates, conducting a trade study with potential devices, and choosing the device that best meets the requirements + Work together to perform preliminary and detailed design activities + Conduct testing activities in the lab in support of Engineering Change Proposals. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
