Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer (ELV) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an integral part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for various projects across the region.
Design and develop ELV systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other security systemsCreate and review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar CAD softwareCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projectsConduct site surveys and assessments to determine ELV system requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELV systemsEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaPrepare technical reports and documentation for ELV projectsStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in ELV systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELV systems with other building management systems (BMS)Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and techniciansQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems engineeringProficiency in designing and implementing ELV systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other security systemsStrong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and their integration with ELV systemsExperience with project management and coordinationExpertise in AutoCAD or similar CAD softwareProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficientlyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredWillingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as requiredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
