Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Regents WharfLocation: Regents Wharf

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Regents Wharf. This role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance services within a commercial environment, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Technical Operations
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with company schedules and standardsOperate and maintain records using the CAFM system accurately and efficientlyProduce technical and situational reports as requiredManage subcontractors while working on siteRespond to reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and management teamClient & Team Communication
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients at all timesWrite activity reports in line with company procedures accurately and in a timely mannerProvide accurate information to support the management team in producing quotations for additional worksAttend team meetings and briefingsEscalate major site issues or incidents to line management immediatelyCompliance & Professional Standards
Ensure all works are carried out in a professional, proactive and quality mannerUtilize technology systems to maintain contractual complianceSubmit accurate weekly timesheets on timeRepresent the company professionally at all timesUnderstand and adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislationActively participate in health and safety processes including accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments and auditingHandle, store and use all materials and equipment in accordance with relevant regulationsEssential RequirementsQualifications
Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, NVQ or City & Guilds qualification18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (or 17th Edition with willingness to complete 18th Edition training)Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial maintenance environmentKnowledge of air conditioning, ventilation extraction, plumbing and general building fabricSkills
